A leavening question

Welcome to the post page.

With each post we hope to engage you the reader with questions that explore the perceptive freedom and life changing insights which can penetrate through and beyond the troubled narrative of self, time and causality. Our inquiry will only be as good as the questions we ask of ourselves and can readily share with others, rather than an a mere exchange of opinion or simply repeating what others have said.

LIGHT

You may be familiar with ‘earth lights : http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=55167 which displays the immense amount of artificial light generated on each continent during the hours of darkness. What do you think we would see if the light of intelligence was equally visible on our planet? As the global community reels from one crisis to the next, the intelligence that illuminates both the heart and mind seems all but absent. Yet how much darker life would be without the leavening question. There are always the perennial questions and yet others that can leap from nowhere to surprise and engage us with their freshness and cogency.

I studied fine art in London at St Martins School of Art and have had a lifelong interest in the natural world, spirituality and the humanities. Insight into perceptual boundaries led me to a holistic approach to the widespread fragmentation of meaning and value in our time. Exploring the perceptive freedom and vitality of the quiet mind has proved to be an educative process like no other. I can see no better way to open the heart and mind to wider horizons. Published work include : Of Time and The Timeless : exploring the evolved and emergent features of a holistic perception of change. ( Available in print and iTunes editions ). Online : Journal and weblog of emergent perception' Anthony
